The main tower of the project is 103 floors high, with a structural height of 432 meters and a total construction area of about 448,000 square meters. It is one of the landmark buildings in Guangzhou.
The project is equipped with three M900D tower cranes, 10 customized high-speed variable-frequency construction elevators, two HBT90 concrete delivery pumps and four special hydraulic-driven HGY19 spreaders. It makes full use of advanced construction machinery and equipment to improve construction efficiency and creates a new world speed of "one floor every two days".
The ultra-high performance concrete (C100) independently developed has been successfully pumped up to 400m (reaching the international leading level), creating a new world record for ultra-high pumping of concrete in this strength grade.
