Dongshanyazhu (Phase I of Fujindong Residence Community) is a high-rise intelligent residential building with a novel shape, with a total construction area of 70399m2 and a building height of 108.88m. It consists of four 33-floor towers surrounding the central plaza in an arc shape. It started on September 25, 2000 and was completed on December 30, 2002.
