Peace World Plaza is located at the junction of Jianshe 6th Road and Huanshi Middle Road in Guangzhou. It has 33 floors and a total construction area of 55,000 square meters. It is a highly intelligent comprehensive plaza with a parking lot, a shopping mall and businesses.It started in April 1993 and was completed in August 1996. The whole project focused on the basement reverse construction method for the reduction of the underground earthwork excavation and darkroom structure construction. It was a demonstration project to promote new construction technologies at that time.
